Pricing of log structures vary from each other due to type, complexity and size. Pricing on a square foot basis is only a estimate. You might expect to spend between 100 and 150 dollars a square foot for a nicely finished house or cottage.
To give an accurate estimate I will need a lay-out or plan of shape and size. This plan need not be of draftsman quality. Since log home construction differs from common conventional homes, some plans may work better than others or may need minor changes. I will help you through this process.
